Chocoterre
The story begins with 2 sisters Ana and Marcela Hernandez who before embarking on their culinary adventure had obtained their professional degrees in other fields. Ana had studied business administration and Marcela had studied psychology. These 2 sisters opened an irresistible Parisian-styled chocolate shop with some of the most exquisite truffles, macaroons, chocolate-covered strawberries, and caramel apples. When the two sisters decided to expand, they soon realized that they would need a strong name and identity. Rojo 032 presented them with Chocoterre, the name which now stands strongly behind their now growing Chocolate store.
