Majadera
The Salazar family has a long history with agricultural production. Since 1837 while working in the Hacienda "San Pedro", located in a small town in Mexico, there has been a strong desire to bring authentic and fresh flavors from the fields to the dinner table. In the old days, some of the best cooks and the most popular were the women with very bad language. It's been said that the men used to think that the worse the language of the "Majadera" (naughty woman), the better and more flavorful the meals.nWith that in mind and with years of experience in both domestic cooking and industrial kitchens, Alfonso Salazar and family have decided to gather the Majaderas' best and most flavorful recipes to be shared. They now introduce to you Majaderas, their new restaurant, fittingly named after those festive and skilled women from the old days.
